Musical group created in 2005 in the city of Kiev. The group immediately occupied a niche in romantic pop music, and to this day remains a leader in it. The release of the debut album "On the Air" created a real sensation in the domestic show business market: over 50 thousand copies were sold in the first week, and in general the album sold over 200 thousand copies.

This is a band that was created in the capital of Ukraine in 2005. The team immediately began to release romantic tracks, and today they have no equal. The presentation of the first collection "On the Air" was very successful in the show business of that time: in the first 7 days, more than 50 thousand copies were sold, and the circulation of the disc was more than 200 thousand copies.

Also worth noting is the lead singer of the group aviator Dmytro Todoriuk (Dmytro Todoriuk).
Dima and Igor learned about each other when they participated in the third season of the television project "Chance". To differentiate themselves from other groups, the guys wanted three of them, not two. So, Andrey was invited to the team. The aviator group presented their composition with the debut of their track "Come back" in the 4th season, when the gala concert of the "Chance" program was held in the city center.
After numerous performances of the Aviator group, literally everyone began to listen to the songs. Dima and Andrey presented themselves as session members who were responsible for playing the bass guitar and the keys.
The collective was officially created on May 29. At the same time, all the music TV channels broadcast the premiere of their video "Come back" throughout Ukraine.
The group was named that way on the initiative of Andrey, since everyone who participated in the band, one way or another, belonged to aviation. Igor at a young age was engaged in collecting airplanes, Dima jumped with a parachute, Andrey liked the films of Martin Scorsese, namely "Aviator". And the romanticism of the band was conveyed as accurately as possible precisely due to this name.
Since 2005, the team is being produced by the Mamamyuzik center.
Albums and awards (2005-2009)
All fans of the group's "Aviator" music can download any album of musicians they like. The first collection was “On the Air”. It was super successful, with over 200, 000 CDs sold in a month and a half. Three days after they were awarded the Golden Disc, the group went on tour for the first time in the regions of Ukraine together with Maria Burmaka, Verka Serduchka and Ira Bilyk, covering 20 Ukrainian cities.
In the fall, the team managed to win the Showbiz Evards Award. It was a nomination called Discovery of the Year. There is nothing surprising in the fact that they were awarded, because the guys are really extremely talented and persistent.
For three years, from 2005 to 2008, the band was regularly nominated for the “Song of the Year” award at the television festival.
The musicians are also very experienced in making remakes, their activities are very versatile. The updated variation of the hit "Grass by the House", which they performed, was a huge success. And at the onset of 2009, they were awarded the Golden Gramophone prize for this version of the song. In addition, the tracks "Letters from afar" and "U ar in ze armi nau" were played at the concert.
